Fire Aurora, youngest daughter of Queen Mi Amore Cadenza and Prince Shining Armor, princess of the Crystal empire; insecure, aloof and generally angry with the world. She's very sheltered, and has never been outside the empire without guards. Even then, she's only visited Canterlot and Ponyville. Her talent is dancing, any kind of dancing, and while she's currently taking lessons in ballet, she's secretly really into hip-hop and practises by watching and mimicing videos she's managed so smuggle to her room.

She's insecure about being the only pony without unicorn-magic in her family, and used to get really, intensly angry as a teenager when some of her classmates would make …crude comments behind her back about her parentage. Enough so, that she would get into trouble by sometimes starting physical fights, which would then fuel rumors about her, and cycle into a downward spiral. She's since learned how to just let things roll of her back and not show any reaction, which is good since the press often has field days digging up stories of het teenage years. She still feels like her family doens't trust her to manage her emotions though, which is another reason for her general displeasure with the world.

This was the very first next gen I remember making, although her design has changed quite a bit over the years. I first made her before Twilight became an alicorn, and since I assumed at the time that alicorns were a race, like unicorns, pegasi and earth ponies, I made her an alicorn. She was very dark blue-purple, with a green aurora borealis as her floaty-alicorn-mane; all her colors were on full saturation and she hurt to look at. Her story was basically; she had no flaws or personality, except she couldn't handle the pressure of being a princess and ran away woe is her. Then, Princess Twilight Sparkle were a thing, so I figured alicorn babies weren't possible, and she was now a pegasus with a dark purple mane, and mostly looked like a dark-fully saturated-purple silhouette. Then her mane was orange and pink for a while, and then I forgot about her after Flurry came along.

I think she looks a lot better now, and she actually has a personality. Yay!
