"Hey Cerulean" Flurry Heart chimed as she took her place next to the prince.

"Evening lady Flurry Heart" He responded politly, making sure to bow his head as he looked at her briefly.

Flurry felt her face heat up slightly as he did so. She had always loved a gentlecolt and Cerulean showed himself to be exceptionally well mannered as always.

Soon the other two oldest of the royal families joined the lineup, Noctis standing next to Flurry Heart and Inkwell placed next to Cerulean. They were all rehearsing for Queen Luna's upcoming Lunar Cermony hence why all of the royals was once again in the same room.
The young princes and princesses just had to stand and wait patiently while the other royals went through their coreography which left Flurry Heart with some valuable time with her dream prince.

"Tis such a beautiful evening, wouldn't you agree Cerulean?"

"Most certainly my lady, the stars are particularly radiant"

"Oh I could think of something other than the stars that is especially radient tonight"

"Ah yes of course" Flurry took a small step closer to the prince as he continued "The decorations are quite pleasant as well, I will have to give my compliments to the planner"

"Oh… eh yes they are quite stunning, but that's not what I had in mind" She fluffed up her feathers a bit and kept leaning closer towards him "I'd say you look quite fetching tonight as well my prince"

"Why thank you" he responded with the same polite smile he had carried through out the conversation, his gaze still fixed forward.

Undeterred Flurry continued "Say would you like to join me in my chambers after the rehearsals?"

"What for?"

"Oh just for a friendly talk, you know, to get to know eachother better"

"But we are talking right now"

Flurry's ears dropped slightly but she kept going.

"Yes well I meant more in private" She nudged the older stallions shoulder who finally turned his attention towards her.

"Art thou alright princess? I could call for a doctor if you feel something is wrong with your balance" The genuine concern in his voice made her pull back.

"Eh no need, I'm fine…"

"Ah good" Cerulean stated and went back to looking forward.

Flurry's ears drooped and she squinted her eyes in disbelief of the stallions behaviour.

"You really have no idea what I'm trying to say do you?" she said in almost a whisper.

Next to her Noctis suddenly burst out laughing, putting her claw infront of her muzzle in an attempt to silence herself.
Having listened to the whole conversation she couldn't keep it in any longer.

Flurry's attention switched to her friend and she snapped "It's not funny!"

Not the best dialouge but I tried, lol.

Flurry has quite a crush on Cerulean but can't ever seem to get it through to him. She has tried on multiple occassions to flirt with the prince but he just doesn't get it.

Cerulean is EXTREMELY bad at reading others emotions or body language, altough even if she spelled it out to him he would probably still have a hard time figuring out Flurry Heart wants to go out with him.

Inkwell was standing back planting a hoof in his face and wondering how he could ever have looked up to that fool.
