Both Apple Jack and Rainbow Dash lost a bet to Rarity, who of course made it to where if they lost, a worser fate than death would befall them. After three long hours of plucking, priming, and shoving so-tight-I-can’t-breath dresses down their necks, the two losers looked like two dressed up dolls.

AJ isn’t exactly sure how to feel about her. Of course, she hates the froo-froofyness of the sleeves and the hat seems to be a bit much, but the colors actually look pretty nice on her. It least Rarity tried to make her looks stunning.

Dashie on the other hoof….is having a full blown panic attack. Dramatic? Sure. Excessive? Probably. But it sure adds a nice comedic effect, don’t you think? At least she has Rarity to calm her down and confirm that she does look ‘awesome’ in an evening gown.

With this piece, you can probably tell that I sorta played around with my style. Nothing permanent, just testing things out to see how they look and shaking things up a bit. This idea is nothing new, but it is a classic and I had fun drawing it anyway.
