Description:
Emerald says that his name is Sapphire, and then says that they found her in a nearby cave. Cherry said she wanted her next of kin told of her death. The colt of course, leaves out the bit about necromancy.
"Right. Well, let's give her a proper send-off then." She says, and after pulling a few ingredients out from behind the counter, makes a quick, simple set of sushi.
It consists of avocado, cucumbers, pickled daikon, and some sort of mushroom that Emerald doesn't recognize.
"Ya know, I've always wanted to try this stuff. Too expensive though for the little bit you get." Ruby says, watching Emerald as he eats his and copying him. She makes the all too common first timer mistake of a large amount of wasabi on your first bite.
After the predictable reaction and copious amount of water Ruby asks what it is. She also makes the odd comment of saying it's "Not bad."
"It's Wasabi. I didn't scrimp on the horseradish. This is the real deal." Sushi says.
The mare then pulls out a bottle and three tiny bowls. She pours out a bit of the liquid from the bottle into the bowls and says, "Cheers."
The three of them knock it back, and now it was Emerald's turn to cough and hack and ask for water. It was alcohol of some kind.
"Hey. Tastes better than the beer." Ruby says, looking at the glass and smacking her lips.
"Ah, already developing a taste for alcohol at such a young age. Well don't get to used to it. This is good sake. Even more expensive in these parts than the wasabi." She pours out one more measure to each person.
Emerald declines his, but Ruby takes another. She puts the bottle away and the three of them cheer. Ruby and Sushi drink down the sake and Emerald sips from his water.
"So, why'd you really come here?" Sushi says, "Needed something of me?"
