Page 1047 — For the Greater Food

Sometimes, I can't come up with a twist on Pinkie Pie's interpretation for a given scene because canon Pinkie Pie's behavior is already perfect for that scene no matter what the context is. Not sure if that makes my writing job easier or more difficult.

Applejack: Ah'm all weirded out, so Ah'm gonna say this next bit like it's a completely normal sentence: Ah pull down the cotton candy and tie it to the fence.
Twilight Sparkle: Okay. Now Fluttershy, can you get the animals to eat the chocolate filled cotton candy clouds instead?
Fluttershy: Oh… But, I'm worried about the stomachaches they're going to have later….
Pinkie Pie: Great! More for me!
SFX: (NOM)
Applejack: Well, Ah'm a bit worried about the dang famine that Ponyville's gonna have if these crops don't survive.
Rainbow Dash: Oooh! A binary moral choice!
Applejack: No, it ain't. There's only one answer.
Fluttershy: Fine, fine… "Oh no, there's a defenseless pile of candy here. I hope none of my animal friends irresponsibly eat all of it while I'm away…"
DM: The transformed animals (and a few that aren't) all rush the ground-bound clouds.
Pinkie Pie: Hey! I had the situation under control, thank you very much!
