Just my take on the mane six from MLP

Applejack:

Married to: Rara
Sexuality: Lesbian
Lives on the farm with Granny Smith, Big Mac and his family, her wife Rara, and her three children, Applesauce, Sapphire, and Green Apple. Green Apple, however, isn't Rara's kid, and instead is Rainbow's. AJ had dated Rainbow for a bit but they broke up because Rainbow couldn't handle being a mom. Most of AJ's scars are from timberwolves and other animals that threatened the farm.

Pinkie Pie:

Married to: Rainbow Dash
Sexuality: Pansexual
Her coat is always covered in flour since she can't wash it out anymore. She currently owns Sugarcube Corner since Mr. and Mrs. Cake retired. Currently Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake work there as well. Pinkie's daughter Aurora has been training to work there but spends a lot of time flying with Rainbow.

Fluttershy:

Married to: Discord
Sexuality: Bisexual
Fluttershy is blind in one eye after a bear scratched it. She has six children, Golden Apple, Zander, Druzy Quartz, Mayhem, Bedlam, and Petal. Her and Discord broke up for a bit, and during that time her and Marble Pie had a child (Druzy Quartz). During this time Discord had a child with Luna (Vex). Fluttershy adopted her and raised her as her own, but has yet to tell Vex who her real mom is. They all live in her cottage outside of Ponyville where they care for animals.

Rainbow Dash:

Married to: Pinkie Pie
Sexuality: Lesbian
Had a kid named Aurora with Pinkie. Currently a wonderbolt. She likes to teach Aurora how to fly better.

Rarity:

Married to: Coco Pommel
Sexuality: Pansexual
Her stores are now all over Equestria and she is a very successfull businesswoman. She visits them every so often to see how they are being run. Her daughtr, Royal Knit, and wife, Coco Pommel, life in Ponyville with her.

Twilight Sparkle:

Married to: Sunburst
Sexuality: Straight
Her hair is a bit like Celestia's and Luna's since it has stars in it and waves around. Her daughter Clay and husband Sunburst live in castle with her. Twilight still runs the school of friendship and has her daughter go there.
