Hmmm, different ways of giving information to the reader totally feel differently during the process of writing.
I considered giving the info in the Narration Box in the form of Rarity's thought bubble, or an onomatopoeia.
A small box felt offhand enough. A thought bubble would've drawn too much attention to it.
