It was a bright, sunny day as Double Dribble walked to the playground. Walking—not hobbling on three legs like she had done before, but walking on four legs like everyone else. But now, with her new robotic leg, she could run and play like any other foal! Plus, it looked super cool and she couldn’t wait to show her friends.

“Hey Sky!” She called out upon seeing her best friend.

“D.D!” Skydancer called back, trotting over to her. “What’s up?”

The filly grinned and held out her leg. “Look what I got!”

“Whoa!” Skydancer’s eyes went wide. “No way!”

“My dads call me Cyborg Princess now,” Double Dribble giggled. “Look, it even moves!” She used her other foreleg to make it flex.

Skydancer beamed. “Awesome! You’re like a robot now!”

“Yeah! My dads said when I’m older I can get one that I can move with my brain!” She smirked. “Wanna see how fast I can run?”

“Heck yeah, I’ll race ya!” Skydancer reared. “Ready set, go!”

And with that, the two foals took off laughing, playing as they always did, with or without a robot arm.
