I really wanted to draw the doctor touching someone's butt.
For those of you who are curious, rainrot is an actual agitation that is somewhat common in horses. It was sort of a joke on my part because horses generally get it from having water left on them for too long, and it causes symptoms similar to bad human dandruff but itchier.
