Ain't he a cute!? He hardly speaks, and many ponies think he's mute. However, this is not the case. He can speak, however he can only do so through the mouth on his chest, which has a deep gurgling awful voice that tends to send ponies fleeing in the other direction, so if they stuck around long enough to bear looking at his single eye and strange goo mouth, he's slow to run them away with his freaky constantly-drowning-in-goop voice.
