Mulberry decides that she can't leave through the front door, so she makes her way to the hole down below. The first thing she does is look for the keys for the front door, which she finds in the room where he chained up Hardtack's body. There isn't much she can do if she can't lock it back up afterwards.

The mare takes one last glance at the body, and seeing that it hasn't moved she leaves. Mulberry cautiously approaches the front door and looks around. Doing her best to make sure no one is around, Mulberry quickly exits silently and locks the door behind her.

She looks around, and slowly stalks away from the building. The mare heads towards the City hall, though she isn't sure if she'll end up going there yet. What is she going to do, walk straight in and attempt to speak to Antoine again? That seems a bit risky, but Mulberry can't think of anyone else she wants to speak to at the moment.

Her poor fiance… Just what was he going through?
