This is an Original Villain that I began work on. Right now, I will call him Coldnelius Snap(A take on the term Cold Snap and the name Cornelius). He is suppose to be a tall pony with a slender body and a long horn(Almost similar to Celestia). His mane and tail are suppose to represent icicles that form from the cold.

I intend on giving him a cloak to represent the mystery of this antagonist(Including a Cutie Mark). If anyone here has any suggestions to make this character better, let me know(This includes a Color scheme)
