Mulberry decides it would be best not to attract it's attention. Besides, she isn't sure she'd be a good shot, seeing as she's actually never used a firearm before.

She has to bite down her lip so as not to yell out as the monster turns, however it's just looking around, and soon shambles off towards the woods, not along the path, but just straight into the trees.

The mare suddenly realizes she is shaking.

She takes a few deep breathes, and then slowly stands to her full height so she can look around to see if that… Thing is still around.

It looks like the coast is clear for now.
