ulberry looks up. The wall is way, way more than 20 feet high. She is pretty sure her rope won't reach.

The mare tries to carve another big next to the runes on the wall, hoping that it'll make the spell go away. She scratches and scratches at the door, but she doesn't seem to be making much progress.

Looking at her knife, she notices that her metal knife is losing the war of attrition between it and the wall. She rubs her chin and thinks. It's not like she would have been able to cast a spell anyway since the staff is being forced away from the wall.

She then considers maybe casting another spell. Would she have anything that would help? Failing that, she'd have to try to find whatever key goes into this magical energy lock. Would it be a regular key, or a magical energy key made as the same stuff as the lock? How, and who, could be carrying something like that around?
