Mulberry wonders if she could fashion one of those scrying items and sneak it onto someone, such as the mayor, or maybe the guards. She'd need to figure out what to enchant though. The mare then decides to make plans to head towards the fisherman's dormitory, but when she checks the orb she notices something rather frightening.

Almost all of the red dots are surrounding Antione's apartment. She counts at least 13, and three more which based on their location are probably the mayor's daughter, the blacksmith, and the chef. There are a few on the second level, probably on the raised porch just outside. The rest are surrounding the bottom floor.

Mulberry sneaks around so that she can look at the windows, and behind the blinds she spots figures moving around. She can spot the shadows of the guards easily based on the shape of their heads, but there are definitely those dagger mouthed fish ponies with them as well.
