Maybe the General Store down stairs has something? It might be kind of dangerous to go down there with all the fish ponies looking around. From what she remembers the front of the general store doesn't actually have any curtains, and if she wants to check the shelves she'll be very much in sight.
She's been studying and enchanting for hours, but perhaps she'll just read a bit more. Near the center he finds some explanation of the "TRAVEL" rune. Apparently tests on the rune have revealed spells that improve endurance and running speed, spells for temporary sanctuary, and even spells that allow teleportation. The book is quick to warn that messing with the "TRAVEL" rune is particularly dangerous. It's been known to cause cases where ponies don't realize their own strength, and end up spraining or breaking legs, or even over exhausting themselves. As for the teleportation, the researches have seen cases of teleporting "accidents". Namely, people only teleporting their legs or part of their head places. Unfortunately, the note doesn't go into any detail on what the spells they referenced are.
