Mulberry scans the room, looking for traces of a path from people who may have been here recently. Unfortunately the dust layer is pretty uniform throughout the dining hall. The mare does notice though, that there is wax from candles that is clearly much newer than it's surroundings. It all seems to be centered around the podium, though from just a cursory glance Mulberry isn't sure why.

The mare then decides to peek into all the doors leaving this room. Both doors on the west side lead to the same hallway. This passage is much more plain than the dining hall. From the ceiling to the floor is smoothed stonework. Except for large areas of moss the gray rock is broken up with two large wooden doors. They are painted black, but bear no other inscriptions. Up the hallway from these doors is a staircase, and then finally a door going north.

The east doors lead to a hallway that mirrors the construction of the west.

Mulberry then checks the dining hall's northern doors. The one to the right leads to another smaller staircase. There are two more moth-eaten birdcage tapestries here.

The one on the left leads to a kitchen that is thankfully free of any rotten or moldy food. There are windows here, but they are so dusty that it's hard to see through them. It doesn't look like they lead outside. There is also a wooden door to the north that has rotted away. It leads to another room, and this one definitely has windows that lead to the castle exterior, as she can see a few rays of the dusk sun shining through the dirty window.
