Nebula had been searching for the perfect pony to rule by her side for ages. One day this little shy earthpony was taken in after being attacked by Timberwolves. Over time she developed a crush on the Queen. Nebula may look cold and scary and first, but she has a heart of gold and treats her subjects like family. Other ponies sometimes refer to her as Mother Nebula instead of Queen Nebula.

The earthpony started to spend more and more time with Nebula, who quickly noticed the affection. She thought of it as cute, until she found herself growing fond of her as well. Nebula dreaded the day that she would have to leave again but, to her surprise, the earthpony begged her to stay by her side.

How could she refuse?
