- Despite being born as an alicorn, Infinity has very weak magic and trouble flying. This condition is not common, but possible to happen in all species of ponies. As a baby, this scared Twilight a lot. She thought that Infinity was going to die since baby unicorns often rely on magic, and Infinity wasn't just any unicorn, after all. Thankfully, Infinity survived infancy, but continued to have troubles with her magic. Since Flurry Heart was the only alicorn who was born in centuries, there's not exactly a lot of information on the subject. Twilight has her own journal on her studies, and believes that Infinity's condition isn't life threatening.

- Infinity is unaware of her condition, and wants to become the greatest magic user ever! Aside from StarSwirl, of course. Despite her troubles with even the smallest levitation spell, she isn't deterred in the slightest! Twilight noticed this and isn't sure how to approach it, since Infinity is so determined.

- Infinity loves her mother, Tempest. Although they don't have many common interests, one thing the love to do together is bake. While Tempest doesn't have as much time to bake as she used to, she does make time for it so she and Infinity can spend some time together. When Twilight tells Infinity about her vacancy, Tempest plans to be there for her daughter, as she can't use magic adeptly anyways.

- Despite her mother's insitance, Infinity wanted to go to public school. There are many kids who want to take advantage of her status, but the teachers have been told to keep an eye on this. In spite of that, Infinity has made many genuine friends.

- Infinity and her brother, Calvary Troop, have a close relationship, although they show their love in odd ways. They argue frequently about everything. Hobbies, politics, books, food, really anything. They call it debating, but if you walked in on one of their 'debates' you wouldn't agree. Despite how heated their debates can get, they truly get along, and see the debates as their main bonding exercise.

- Unlike her older brother, Infinity doesn't trust her younger brother, Spellbook. It's not that she hates him, she just finds his presence unnerving and she refuses to spend time with him. She warm and trusting, but around him, she refuses to let her guard down.
