Meet Machiko :3

She is a Paralympic athlete :3

She was always a sporty and active pony from a very young age, having took part and won many racing competitions as a child.
However tragedy struck one night, as carriage that she and her family were in one night crashed and she got into a horrible accident. She and her family survived, but Machiko ended up losing one of her legs and one of her wings, along with severe scaring on the left side of her body (also on her eye, making her blind in that eye).

Despite this trauma, she was not going to let it get in the way of doing what she loved. he was eventually able to get herself some prosthetics, and soon started to train herself again. Machiko now takes part in paralympic sporting events, and she is still as good as she used to be, even with her injuries.

Although she can be a bit cocky and boastful sometimes, she has a good heart and cares a lot about others. She also works as a motivational speaker, and likes to support charities related to sports and helping other disabled ponies.
