When her scheme to use the Elements of Harmony backfires, not only does the Tree of Harmony destroy the evil clones, but it also decides to deal with Chrysalis and her evil once and for all. Before Chrysalis has the chance to escape, magical wisps make their way to her and bind her up. As Chrysalis struggles to escape, the tree blasts a huge vast of magic at the evil changeling, and as Chrysalis struggles, the magic ends up infecting her mind and soon, her eye pupils disappear, leaving nothing but her blue-colored sclera and leaving her completely hypnotized. The Tree of Harmony then decides to lay out one huge punishment for the zombified Changeling after the little stunt she tried to pull; she is to wander the world with no rest or peace for the rest of her days and chant in manta "Friendship is Magic, Power is Nothing," over and over o make sure she never hurts anypony ever again. Too hypnotized to rebel, Chrysalis concedes to this and he entranced Changeling then begins her eternal punishment of flying aimlessly throughout the world, alone, completely devoid of any free will. What's worse, a small part of her consciousness still lingers and is cursing upon having to wander throughout her life and being forced to compliment the one thing she hates and denounce he one thing she only cares about.
