Dawn Star and Flurry Heart were both excited for the arrival of their cousin — Dawn especially, since that meant she didn't have to be the baby of the family anymore! She could be the "big cousin" for once, and could teach her all the great things about life, being a princess, and friendship. Of course, the little filly was delighted when Cinder finally left her egg and was strong enough to travel from the Dragon Lands to Ponyville. While Cinder wasn't (and still isn't) really fond of her cousin's hugs, kisses, or insistence on tea parties, she is very fond of her visits to the country and hanging out with her fellow princesses.


While the headstrong dragon likes to give advice a little bit more than she likes to accept it, she is excited to step into a role of leadership alongside Dawn and Flurry, and wants to help continue forging strong bonds with her fellow kingdoms. While she's a little bit more comfortable in that part than Dawn, she highly values her insights and does appreciate the knowledge she's passed down (though she won't say so directly). Together, the three girls have many plans for the future, banding together and proving that no matter what one looks like, they can always be considered family.
