This is Alveoulus, one of my favourite NG ponies. He's the son of Queen Chrysalis and Shining Armor, an oopsie-baby that neither parent wanted.

He can shift forms, but he cannot change the colour palette that he was born with. He is currently unreformed, as his father dislikes him, his mother abandoned him, and the castle servants avoid him. He's reclusive, socially awkward, and his only interactions with the outside world is through his bedroom window (until he learns how to sneak out).

He won't be reformed until he finds someone who can teach him to truly love himself.
