UPDATE: I gave Ed and Eddy their outfits. Pony Rick and Morty, as mentioned earlier, showed me that the crossover ponysonas can wear their trademark attire, especially if their fur ends up being the same color as their human counterpart's skin.

Of all the cartoons I've enjoyed, Ed, Edd n Eddy remains the best, right before My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. So what better way to commemorate this special event than finally making a tribute in honor for those three Ed boys whom we all enjoy, and make them in MLP style. :D The best of both worlds.
Well, this isn't my first MLP stylized Ed, Edd n Eddy art, as you all know I made vectors of them last year, and even made a group pic featuring them. It's been so long that I actually made their vectors and other projects. Now I'm back on the saddle.
In case you noticed, I made some new changes to them. While looking back on MLP:FiM, I noticed there were pony versions of Rick and Morty, and their eyes dilated. So I decided to dilate the Eds', since their eyes were like that in their cartoon. Of course, Edd, aka Double Dee, had a complete overall on his fur. Instead of his skin color, he's the only one whose fur matches his shirt. Pony Rick and Morty showed me that not all crossover ponysonas will have hair color that matches their skin or shirts. But I'll explain more of that in my journal later on.
Making this was not as easy as I thought. For Double Dee, I wanted to do a front profile of his face. It was actually the easiest challenge since his design is based on Snails. For Ed, I wanted to give him a more ecstatic expression, and we can thank "Trivial Pursuit" for providing some zany cartoon expressions from Twilight and Pinkie. I gave Ed a different pose to reflect his excitement. Eddy, however, was the toughest challenge. Since his design is based on Washout, Short Fuse, and since the short-tempered shorty short pony wasn't all about poses, trying to find references was next to impossible. It may not be the most accurate design, so I hope you don't mind. The jawbreaker, meanwhile, was interesting to make.

Well, that's it. Thanks for the laughs, you silly Ed-boys. :D (Big Grin)
