Val had arrived at the rock farm, and was immediatley greeted by a frantic- and slightly angry- Limestone Pie. "Thank Celestia you're here! Come on!" She grabbed Val and pulled her into the house, where a grey stallion was standing.

"Hi." he said, his expression unchanged.

Confused, Val replied "Hi?" and stood there. "So what's going on with the magic?"

"Follow me."

Soon enough, they had reached an open field, where rocks flew about before strangely disappearing into black voids. Above, stars periodically appeared before fading. "Sweet… Celestia."

Okay, so Mr. Grey dude's name is Pumice Pie, and he's the son of Limestone and Quibble Pants. He's unimportant to the story BTW.
