These people are obsessed with their deviant sexuality and want to shove it in everyone's face. They want everyone else to pretend they're normal. They want a world where everyone has a sexual fetish for cutting off their own dicks and getting phony tits and they aren't That Guy any more.

It's a pattern with weak-minded deviants who know what they're doing is weird and destructive and disgusting. Druggies say "lol, everyone should try it!" "Duuuude, microdosing saved my life! Everyone should do it! They should put acid in the water!" Fags say "Everyone should try it just once." Troons say "I'm really a woman and everyone really supports me! You're just 'transphobic!'"

I view it as a subset of "just got saved fever." This is maybe more of a rural American 19th and 20th Century phenomenon, where the town drunk goes to church one Sunday and is convinced to pray sincerely to Jeebus for, well, whatever it is these people want in their wish-fulfillment fantasies. And suddenly they're the most enthusiastic Christians ever, making an enormous and rather disturbing public show of publicly weeping and praying and shouting "hallelujah." Because Jeebus done saved them from the evil John Barleycorn, which they were utterly helpless to resist before. They make public embarrassments of themselves, as badly as they did when they were drinking. This enthusiasm for religion generally lasts about a month. Then they're back to the bottle again, to the surprise of absolutely no one over the age of six.

These are stupid, weak people with disorganized minds, many of them autistic. Everyone holds them in contempt. They are flailing desperately for a fresh start and the acceptance of people around them, and grudging feigned acceptance complete with visible eye-rolling is better than nothing. Thirty or fifty or a two hundred years ago they sought these things out in a church, or the local Hare Krishna cult temple, or in Scientology, or with the Moonies, or the local UFO enthusiast club. Now these spoiled manbabies go on the Internet and find similar weak-minded fools on Tumblr and, if I may quote Vaush, bond over shared mental illness. They share tips on how to threaten the doctors with suicide if they don't consent to cutting their dicks off and prescribing estrogen pills for them. It's become fashionable for society to cringe and tug the forelock and play along with these disgusting delusional tards. No one can tell them "no" without being labeled as "transphobic" and "bigoted" and made unemployable. So for a lot of these defectives, it's also a power trip. For the first time in their lives they can demand others obey their shrill non-negotiable demands, and they just can't get enough.

What do you even say to someone this detached from reality? This messed up in the head, to the point where they need to make entirely unsourced declarations that cartoon horses are transvestites?

When I try to model this in my head, the only conclusion I come to is that they're too far gone to be communicated with. My honest best guess is that they're invested in their mental illness, but on some level, they recognize that it's complete nonsense. To compensate for this, and to protect their source of identity and self-image (that's being reinforced by poisonous "friends" that no doubt encouraged them towards this line of thinking, they keep inventing support and validation from external sources.

This does not look like just a silly drawing of technicolour horses with dumb flags to me. It does not look like a generic political statement. It looks like a sign of extremely deep mental distress and instability from a broken person who's built their psychology on a rotten foundation, supported only by lying vipers. This is a sign of rebelling against reality. This is a sign of a worse kind of degeneracy than any of the weird porn I've ever seen on the internet because it's perverting a core aspect of personhood.
