Description:

I got a bit of inspiration, so I decided to turn Gallus into a fenghuang-gryphon. A Fenghuang is a kind of phoenix bird from Chinese culture, the sort of culture I grew up under. Did you know that two other nicknames for the fenghuang are 鶤雞 or 鵾雞 (yunji, kunji), which mean "glorious rooster"?

Would this beautiful catbird be a servant of Heaven?
