Description:

G'day mates! Welcome to Equestria's equivalent of Australia, AusTAILia!

And here are the ponies from the Land Down Under! Meet Aunt Holiday (Jackie Blackmore), her little brother Snap Shutter (Bill Newton), and Washout Rolling Thunder (Rhona Rees). Even though I didn't realize that Rolling Thunder's VA was Australian, when I saw that both Scootaloo's aunt and father are, I was more ecstatic about this than finally seeing her parents and her aunts; the latter for being the first viewed lesbians in MLP:FIM the topic for non-Bronies, including outraged conservatives, like Australian-born Young Earth Creationist Ken Ham. This definitely made my day. But despite them, we did get to see some other Aussie creatures, like Wallaroos, Koalas, and a Bunyip. And even though we never got to see Austailia itself, at least we all know that there is one. Nod

Cheers to Jim Miller for not only confirming the existence of Equestria's Australian equivalent, but for also giving it its ponified name. That has brought me so much joy. Heart

I know I used this for this year's Australia Day project, but I was hoping on making this. Initially, this was going to be a second Australia Day pic, but I was unsure. Then I decided to just show off My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic's only Aussie ponies. And even though we never got to see the official flag of Austailia, might as well just use the one I made.

So with all that said, I hope all my mates from Down Under had a great Australia Day, thank you Jim Miller again for giving us the ponified name of my most favorite country ever, as well as Jackie Blackmore, Bill Newton, and Rhona Rees for voicing our three brumbies, and pray for those ravaging bushfires are quelled with and all the plants and animals will be saved.

If you want to make a contribution to the cause, donate to the NSW Rural Fire Service.

(Originally, the flag in this pic was a gonfalon, but I changed it into a modern flag. If you love the original version, you can find it on Derpibooru.)
