Parents: Big Macintosh & Fluttershy Element of Harmony: Loyalty Cutie Mark/Special Talent: A butterfly sitting on an apple. Like her mother, Rose enjoys taking care of animals. Though only small animals. No bears or giant sea monsters. Just little critters that fit in a garden, because more than taking care of animals, she enjoys taking care of her garden.
It's really very hard to make that girl talk. Her father was always one of very few words and her mother is also more on the shy side. She kind of adapted both of those trades. She prefers the serene silence plants and critters have to offer, instead of the chatty loudness of other ponies. But once a pony earns her friendship and trust, she's fiercely protective and loyal to a fault. Hence her element being loyalty. Among the new Mane Six, her best friend and favorite pony to be around is definitely Iridescent Iris, because she's such a calm and well-mannered presence. Not loud or overbearing. Even though she has problems dealing with her little brother Gold, she tries being there for him. It's just… he's so loud and startles her a lot and he's living with his head in the clouds, always dreaming of big adventures and amazing worlds and what not. As much as it annoys her that their farm is so over-crowded with family, she's actually glad that there is always another family member volunteering to take care of Ozark Gold instead of her. Rose loves her aunt Apple Bloom and visits her in Manehatten as often as she can — I headcanon that Apple Bloom won't continue being a farmer but rather will make something big of her life in the big city.
