I decided over the weekend that I not only wanted learn how GIMP worked, but I wanted to know how to use Inkscape as well.

Half a week later, I came up with this. It uses the same subject as the image I created earlier with GIMP, but I used the original reference material to create a vector image rather than a raster image (although what you're seeing here is a raster image representation of the vector image I created — not confusing at all!)

Hopefully now that I have a rudimentary understanding of Inkscape, it will take less time to create more artwork.
