Clearly this pony is very guilty, and without wasting another moment the officers take the intoxicated suspect to prepare him for the P.S.S.. While one officer begins to slip him into his second skin, the other takes preventative measures and provides a magic inhibitor; specialized ring designed to prevent unicorns from utilizing magic to resist arrest or escape from the suit. The suspect is attempting to bargain with the officers as he’s placed in, but they pay no mind to his words.
