Description:

Not looking good here folks. Mentally exhausted here and I had another self-project that I was doing. I don't exactly have a schedule when it comes to uploading the extra story but here it is. Here's some cheesy quote that I made sometime in the day.

"Think of yourself as a boat floating endlessly on the sea and the anchor being the hope that you cling onto. Once that anchor gets cut off from you, you will float out in the open sea in one direction and that direction points towards a storm"

Part 6 has arrived
—————
The moment he awoken to the dark dreary halls of this dreamscape he resided in, he felt empty. Like his soul had left his body leaving it an empty husk of a pony. His body felt heavy, as if the weight of his past was strapped to his back. He wanted to stay in the same spot from where he woke up. He wanted to lay around and mentally rest for what lied ahead. For the next time he wakes up to the real world.

That's when it hit him. What he did the last time he was here. His hoof slamming into the metal wall and a loud shout the reverberated all around him. In a flash, he was scared. But what was he scared about? He wanted to see another pony after all the time he was alone. So why was he anxious at the thought of meeting another pony like him?

Maybe it was his fear of recreating what he did to the last pony he met. Nonetheless, the stallion stood up and surveyed the dark corridors. He was certain a pony hear him last night. He leaned in forward in every direction to shine what little light it could offer to the darkness surrounding him but he couldn't find anypony. Sighing to himself, he was left to choose which direction to walk forward to.

He could have waited for a voice or the sound of hoofsteps coming towards his direction but he didn't want to lay down and do nothing. If he did, he would have become bored in the next few hours. No, he would find whoever they are along the way. He just had to listen carefully to the floor and keep an eye on any sign of light from a lantern. He picked a random direction and walked forward. His hooves making contact with the metal floor.

Even though he said to himself to find whoever is out there, he was doubting to himself. Maybe nopony actually heard him and that he was all alone in this dreamscape. The thought made him falter, his will to move forward dropped drastically but he kept going. Somehow he knew he would find somepony. He didn't care about what their appearance is. All he wanted was somepony to talk to again.

Not even an hour into his walk, he felt some presence behind him. Whenever he looked over his shoulder he was met with the empty air that circulated around the metal halls. At first, he thought he was being paranoid but now the feeling was coming up every few minutes. As if somepony was following him but always hiding behind the corners.

After a while, he was getting tired of ignoring the presence behind him. It was time to face the truth. Even if it frightened him or made him anxious, he had to face the truth soon enough. With that, he turned around and walked in the direction he once passed before. The presence didn't repel away from the sudden change of pace. Instead, it felt like the gap between them was quickly becoming more smaller.

The last thing that he needed to do was to walk around this corner. From his position, he could see a bright light around the corner. He was used to the soft light the lantern he carried had that the light from the mysterious pony had was blinding to him. He breathed in and out then walked cautiously around the corner to greet the stranger.
