Here stands Sombra, freed from the corruption that overtook him and fed on his darkest impulses and emotions. Those emotions are still there, symbolized by the evil king in the cup, but they are trapped there now that Sombra has mastered his emotional self, keeping calm even in the face of the blinding snow and wind. He is open to his impulses and feelings, but is able to keep his balance and not let them overtake him again.
