You and Moonflower leave the house, and follow the road east. Upon arriving at the library, you find Windcaller standing by the entrance, and let him know that you're ready to go.

Windcaller: "I'm… glad to hear that."

You follow Windcaller around the library, then he gestures to the nearby stream.

Windcaller: "This is the stream I followed to the castle ruins before. It's the shortest route I know of. You… you take the lead from here. I'll stay close behind."

Windcaller joins your party!
