He is the first son of Pinkie pie and cheese sandwich. Cheddar is a more adventurous and energetic colt and he does a lot of things by instinct and emotion without always thinking of the consequences.
Before Cheddar figure out what he wants to do for a living, He helps his parents with the party/baking business. Cheddar sometime be a cashier, responsible for managing orders, and responsible for the delivery.
(I imagine the cheddar within roller skates and with a delivery backpack or something else)
While He literally shoots the deliveries in gift boxes at the ponies and other species and he unleashes a small parachute and lands safely. Ponies are still confused as to how the delivery always arrives undamaged.
He's had abandonment issues, and He hates being bullying by somepony, When he's just a young colt, every fillies and colt make fun of him looking a girl (because he born with girl's eyelashes) and being flamboyant.
He has some social anxiety and many insecurities, this is due to how he other colt and filly treated him as a colt. Cheddar is also can be very awkward sometimes, But! He has no shame whatsoever.
He resembles his father (Cheese sandwich) a lot. He is very optimistic, carefree, and cheerful, and is pretty much happy all the time. It is indeed very hard to make him frown. He's is totally a "Mama boy" and his upbeat personality matches his parent a lot.
