It's been a long time since I drew my Spacey Casey! NOW WITH 100% MORE SAD BACKSTORY YAY
So Casey is a very happy, bubbly, outgoing filly. She loves hanging out with her friends and staying over at their houses. But the truth is that she's terribly lonely. Unbeknownst to the ponies in town, Casey is all alone. Her guardian told her to 'wait here' and that he'd be back. Well Casey waited, and waited… and waited. It's been an awfully long time now, but she's still waiting. Sooner or later, an adult is bound to notice, but in the meantime Casey is homeless, and doesn't tell anypony because she doesn't want to stop waiting.

Also, her hair isn't naturally that glittery. She actually literally ruffles glitters into her mane and tail at school. The byproduct is that she leaves a little trail of glitter everywhere she goes.
