We'll begin with--" Twilight was stopped short as her hulking new student stooped down, both of his front hooves on either side of her, his head right next to hers as his gaze never wavered from the book she held. She jolted, her eyes wide and her wing feathers ruffled as she peered at him, her face becoming red.

"U-um— Sombra—?" She squeaked.

"My apologies. I could not read it from where I was sitting." He answered back, still looking at the text in the book. A quick, silent snort escaped Twilight's nostrils in partial relief and partial interest.
