Bel canto
man its been ages since i designed a pony meant to be for me from the beginning.
This is Bel Canto! He's a retired, mostly-blind opera singer who now gives little foals and fillies vocal lessons. He's got supremely good perfect pitch, and off-keys in ANYTHING annoy him to no end. He seems like a snoot since he's always correcting peoples ever-so-slightly-off notes, but hes actually a very calm and patient teacher.

He's a big fan of black velvet everything.
Not a big fan of white cats.
