One of Fluttershy and Lightning Dust's first direct meetings.


-Both were invited to a Gala, Lightning Dust with the Wonderbolts trainees and Fluttershy as a plus one to Twilight Sparkle.
-Fluttershy's eye was drawn to the confident mare almost immediately, and she spent the early portion of the night simply admiring Lightning Dust from afar. Her strong form, her slicked back golden mane, her unique wings.
-The flashy stripes reminded Fluttershy of the birds she would see in nature who use their wings to attract a mate.
-Fluttershy often hid behind her drink, taking small sips every few moments. That ended up with her accidentally getting a bit tipsy.
-When she finally approached Lightning Dust, it was with flushed cheeks and a soft purr of admiration for the other pegasus' beautiful presence.
-Afterwards, Fluttershy is so unbelievably embarrassed, and the next time they meet, they are both wearing masks.
