Hmm, I think they would probably go on quiet, private dates like at cafes and coffe shops. After they get to know each other a bit more Fluttershy would probably take Big Mac to her animal sanctuary and they’d sit around and maybe have a picnic. She’d be pleasantly surprised that his soft-spoken demeanour would encourage a lot of the shyer animals to be fond of him.

After a while I think maybe Fluttershy would help him with vocal exercises for the Ponytones and it would slowly build up until they’re singing a full-on song together and they’re so swept away with each other that they miss practice. All the birds are joining in and it’s this big beautiful musical-esque scene.
