After a long time without any pixel-related submission, here we go again with a drawing I left abandoned for almost a year!! And concluded recently last month, but right now is when I just decided to upload it.
Originally was designed to be inspired by KOF 2001 Select screen portrait art. But then I took some liberties and this ended up as something of its own kind. Creating a design with a y2K-esque style (Borrowed from some late-90s/early 2000s MTV graphics). Lots of small bonuses like some cute G1 Wallflower pony somewhere!
he colors used are all originally from a SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive color palette only. But after looking it from different kinds of screens, I noticed in OLED it looks horribly oversaturated, So I artificially reduced the color saturation. The original one can still be accessible from the link left earlier.
This version is also 6 times bigger than the original one.

Yeah, I know she fits much better as an NPC or a 'Striker' for being kind of… weak physically and magically (She reminds me a lot of KOF's Kaoru Watabe, a recurrent character during Psycho Soldiers' cutscenes, but not a playable character), but that doesn't mean she deserves less love.
