The firstborn son of Marble Pie and Moondancer. Moon has had a fascination with gems and minerals from a young age since Marble and her family are rock farmers. His grandparents had tried to teach him the tradition, but Moon’s delicate nature wasn’t fit for the farming life. He does, however, love to study gemstones, and has an impressive collection himself. He also attends princess Twilight’s School of Friendship and Research of Magic as one of the princess’s personal students- Twilight insisted that he’d be under her personal guidance because of his impressive control over magic; And maybe possibly also because he’s lawfully Twi’s nephew.
Moondancer was at first against the idea and Marble had to convince her to agree, but Moon’s mothers are still extremely proud of him. His fellow classmates always ask him questions since his mother Moondancer is Twilight’s old childhood friend (wow so impressive :0). Moon is actually not that interested in learning magic, but he’s too nervous to tell incase he accidentally insults his mentor, who’s the literal Element of Magic.
