Sometimes being the King has its perks and its chores. One of them being to look over many a document in order to approve or decline the multitude of requests, commands, decisions that are made all over the larger Empire of Equestria. While Speedy Hooves has less experience and understanding of royalty than his wife by sheer time, the stallion does his best to ensure that his collective wisdom and knowledge can be put to good use while also learning a thing or two from his beloved. On top of that also learning the ropes of parenthood alongside his older yet equally inexperienced wife, now that the two have a human/alicorn son to watch over. Either way despite everything that has happened and how Speedy and all the other fusion ponies were created, he does his best to make due with what he has gained and lost by his new existence.
