Because Grandstand is just as business-savvy as her father, it’s very common to see her wrangling the more “boring” side of circus life: money and general numbers. Although she is the Junior Ringmaster, Grand prefers to take charge and take some of the work off of the Ringmaster’s plate. She focuses on tickets being sold, expenses for the troupe, renting spaces in each location, paying performers and vendors, etc. Usually she curls up with a cup of hot tea and will shuffle through papers for hours, leaving most wondering how she can even deal with all those numbers in her head.
