On the night Sunny learned that the link to magic was Friendship and harmony, the crystals of the Pegasi, Earth, and Unicorns merged together again and brought magic back to every pony and creature in Equestria. One particular pony, was living in exile and wearing a cloak wherever he went so that no pony would panic when they found that he was not one of them and an Alicorn. Well, he happened to have been traveling long distances and reached the city of Maretime Bay. As he looks out at Maretime Bay, he witnesses a small speck with three glowing objects and before he knew it, the objects merged and an aurora was produced, that aurora caused the Alicorn's wings to unfold from underneath the cloak and his horn glows suddenly.

He feels a magical surge, for the first time in decades and learned that the Magic Crystals were put back together, but he doesn't know who the pony was but that will be found out soon. With the return of magic, chaos will provoke.
