Inky Rose is the dark queen of Gothic fashion. But before she could become that, she had to demonstrate her skills with her webby weaving, her shadowy sewing, and her atramentous accessories to everypony at Rarity's fashion contest. Of course, there was no doubt that Inky can create such a dark and spooky line; Hoity Toity swiftly acknowledged how she used ebony black buttons to convey gloom like a deep pit of despair. And despite an critiquing debacle from Applejack from earlier, Inky was able unveil her eeriely elegant designs (with Goth stallion Funnel Web as the model) for the contest. And once again, Hoity Toity praised her work for its sepulchral simplicity and voted for her, which made quite happy, even if it's rare for her to be. When it comes to Gothic fashion, she is a spider in pony's skin, and just like her, her designs are as lovely as an "inky rose."

Here's Inky Rose. Because she only appeared twice in the series and I liked this pose, I went for it. If her dark dresses, caliginous cloaks, and spooky jackets aren't beautiful, then she is.
