During his election campaign, he proposed to not only cut the country’s debt, but to give equal rights to genders and all. He stated he would do what ever it takes to end segregation in every way possible, and with the help of the military, he will protect his country from its enemies, inside and out of it. The public and government accepted him, and he won the election.
As soon as the United States presidential honeymoon came along, he took advantage of it. He attempted to approve the amendment of equal rights. This would end gender segregation, enforce equal pay, give rights to transracials and transgenders, give equal rights of fashion, and even reduce discrimination. However not enough states approved of it, and the it was declined. So President Grogar decided to teach the states that called the amendment invalid a lesson, by nuking their state capitals. At first, the government claimed it was the nuclear annihilation was a group of terrorist attacks, but during Grogar’s address, he admitted he ordered the military to nuke the cities, then made an example of making things go his way, by nuking Washington D.C. . He now has control of the USA, as its ruthless dictator, and evil president with understandable motives. The worst part is, what ever he sees as threat to him or his country, and that includes pony magic, if they don’t agree to change things, his first alternative is to launch an attack.
