Random story of my childhood involving Pokemon: When I was in elementary school, when the Gameboy Color came out, and the first generation of Pokemon spread around me country like a wildfire. I would watch this much older boy; who was kind of nice to lower the game for me to see, before school started at the backtop. I would watch him battle with a Metapod he recently captured in the Viridian forest.
Respecting him, I merely watched in silent, as he kept on using the ONLY move that Pokemon knew, which was Harden. I could of said something, but even back then, I knew it was his game and wasn't going to backseat game on him. XD Plus, I was just a small fry. X3
Backseat gaming: When someone is watching you play a game telling you what to do.
This memory stuck to me, as it was the first time I seen that handheld game and a Pokemon game I believe. ;o;
