About

Before Ocellus and Silverstream officially married, Ocellus fell in love with another. He was unreformed and rebellious, and wanted her to join his hive of other unreformed changelings. Ocellus never wanted to go back to that love stealing life, so she ran away from him, not knowing she was with egg. A few weeks later, when she moved to the Hippogriff Mountain, Mt. Aris, she laid her egg. When it hatched, Ocellus and Silverstream were surprised to see that her child was albino. Nonetheless, Ocellus loved them, and named them Lovestruck because that’s how she felt when she first laid her eyes on them.

As Lovestruck grew, they started to realize they weren’t just “white”. They had no pigment whatsoever. Their hard beetle-like shell wasn’t as shiny and a normal changeling’s was, and their claws were the color of sand. They felt better being an albino pegasus then an albino changeling, so they usually are in their pegasus form. Once they got into their teenage, they began going my she/her.

She’s very close with her sister, Opal, even if she doesn’t show it. She’s not as close with Silverstream, but she does love her mother. Ocellus often encourages her to go out without her pegasus mask, which makes Love very paranoid.

I really adore Lovestruck, and I can’t wait to draw more of her!
