testing combat and explore music.
standard 16bit WAVs is to loud so will have to tone them down. will also have to find music that loops cuz battle music has 2 stages (start) the main song and the ending (when combat ends) and they need to seemly transition into one another to be comftable to listen to. And dont even get me started on the exlpore music. there is a track for:

urban day
urban night
day
night
coast day
coast night
dungeon

And all these types have like 5 tracks each with prefabs (kill me)
and combat is split into 3 types

Low combat
combat
boss

low combat and boss has 5 tracks with fade out tracks for a total of: 20 different sound files
and normal combat has 6 tracks with 6 fade outs for an extra 12 (god help)
AND creation kit reads them as WAV but they are stored as WXM (compressd) so i can't just drag and drop to replace the WXMs i HAVE to put in WAVs and then eddit the entry in creation kit to the correct song i want. (todd….)

P.S funfact if you make a weapon that casts and "enchantment" ie paralyse, the weapon needs to have a damage value and an inherent "enchantment" (i use the legendry effect "chance to frenzy") otherwise it wont apply the "enchantment" even if the shot hit. (i may have made the Syringe gun useless and made a new gun that fires darts, what you can craft for only 10 steel and 5 fibber glass, that can paralyse or poison targets depending on what receiver you have on the weapon).
i understand what Todd means by "it just works".


p.s.s the head gib is a projectile (lol wot) and i set the force of that project to 800 (100 is normal) so when you pop some ones head IT POPS…or if you fail to pop and head and the game thinks it meant to pop the ragdoll with just ping. still funny tho.
